Senior Server Engineer

Skills: MCSE, Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Enterprise level experience
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Server Engineer/Server Support (5+ years) to work with one of our clients in the Nashville, TN area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation and support of physical and virtual servers in a distributed and highly technical environment. Duties will include installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications residing on servers as well as monthly maintenance including application of security patches. The Engineer will be expected to interact with a variety of customers and business owners and should have good service and communication skills. Must work well in a team environment. May require occasional off-hours support.
Required Skills: Network Administrator in NT; Windows 2000/Win2003, server hardware, server configurations, network components, network topologies, network protocols, network and domain structure, security, active directory understanding, IIS.
Optional Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMWare. Familiarity with ITIL helpful.
