We are seeking a candidate to fulfill a 3-month contracting assignment with a large local client. This position is for a candidate with strong and current Lawson Application support and programming experience in the UNIX environment. The Developer will support an established Lawson environment and perform both maintenance programming and new application development. Good analysis skills with ability to take technical requirements, technical designs created by Business Analyst then translate into code. Unit testing skills required and must be able to work with QA team and correct defects found by QA team. Position requires good communication skills, a strong team orientation, willingness to do 'heads-down' technical work and 'customer facing' work.
