We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who has worked on a large scale software projects. The successful candidate will have 6+ years experience in healthcare operations. This position will function as the lead Business Analyst on the ISAS project.( Integrated Staffing and Scheduling) Experience with business analysis in a large scale software development effort is required. This position is responsible for development of technical specifications, business requirements, and testing support for the maintenance and enhancement of the ISAS application. This position requires a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. You will have good written and verbal communication as you will be working closely with business owners, developers and testers. Strong documentation, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills are important. Understanding of Hospital Productivity Software would be a plus. Some technical background and understanding of databases and interfaces is required.
