Sr Project Manager (4945C)

We are actively seeking a Sr Project Manager for a long term contract opportunity in Nashville, TN.  Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager who can lead our technology project teams to deliver outstanding results on-time and on-budget. The ideal candidate has experience managing large (5,000+ hours), complex software development or implementation projects; has outstanding oral and written communication skills and is adept at relationship management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day to day activities of projects.
• Develop and lead project team to deliver results. 
• Provide thought leadership regarding activities needed to accomplish desired results. 
• Manage project team resources, such as technical resources and vendors. 
• Develop presentations and provide status information as requested.
• Work with Business Analysts and other Project Managers in overall program to ensure dependencies managed efficiently.

• Strong project management skills and experience (10+ years)
• Experience with in depth, large scale, enterprise wide projects
• Experience managing project from cradle to grave
• Very strong MS Project skills
• Knowledge of HIM and Clarity optional but preferred
• Strong leadership skills; experience managing other PM’s a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• PMP preferred but not required
