Biztalk Engineer (4994C)

We are active seeking a Biztalk Engineer for a contract-to-hire position in Nashville, TN. The BizTalk Engineer will be responsible the development, deployment, and maintenance of a message oriented middleware with an emphasis on processing very high volumes of HIS transactions delivered in real time. The engineer will be expected to leverage soft and hard skills to interact with business analysts and technical architects to ensure that the developed solutions match business requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
• Developing schemas, map, orchestrations, pipelines, custom pipeline components and design ESB Itineraries within Biztalk
• Development using .NET (C#) and T-SQL (stored procs, tables, views, etc…)
• Implementing and configuring various out-of-the-box BizTalk adapters, WCF-SQL, MSMQ & FTP, WCF-Custom adapters
• Ensures development and service delivery of all products, services, and resources including ensuring the appropriate level of support for the ongoing functionality of the systems
Required Skills for Biztalk Engineer
• Experience with developing schemas, map, orchestrations, pipelines, custom pipeline components
• BizTalk Server 2006 R2/2009/2010
• Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
• Understanding of various SOA design patterns
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and application development with iterative methodologies in an Agile environment
• Experience with Web Services, WCF, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSLT, BRE & BAM
• Healthcare experience using HL7 and/or EDI schemas and mapping is preferred
