Product Analyst (4989C)

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst for a contract-to-hire position in Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
• Assist local administrators ensure that support and small development efforts are focused on Sales Force.com (SFDC) customer priorities and that planned changes will leverage salesforce.com best practices.
• Support the local administrators with knowledge of the SFDC product(s) and help define, organize, and communicate requirements both to business users and other resources involved in changes.
• During larger development efforts and projects, the analyst will provide oversight over any external development resources, will work with project team members to provide product expertise, design detailed product functionality, identify and escalate significant project issues, and ensure that products meet specified requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and product users to continually mature an understanding of how business owners/practitioners utilize the product(s).
Required Skills for Product Analyst
• 1-3 years experience of analysis experience, (cloud computing environments a plus)
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders/end users (healthcare a plus) to capture the requirements/needs of the business and document them so that software developers can implement the solutions. To define and present the key features and functions of a system to stakeholders/users and describe how those features positively impact the daily routine of users. To train business operations staff how to use the system.
• Technical experience to demonstrate the ability to work with, install, configure, and test new technologies that may be relevant to the products supported. Salesforce.com administration experience is a plus.
• Previous experience involving situations where communication and collaboration skills were needed to maintain, present, and organize information involved in product web sites or catalogs, knowledge bases and change communication.
• Analytical skills to collect and evaluate product performance data and usage patterns.
• Ability to maintain development, support, communication, and project efforts for multiple products.
