Applications Support / Help Desk (4976C)

Currently we are actively seeking an Applications Support/ Help Desk Contractor for a 12 month contract position in the Nashville, TN area.  Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Take incoming calls from internal and external customers in a call center environment
• Act as 1st level support for supply chain applications
• Effectively resolve and/or escalate issues


 

Required Skills for Applications Support / Help Desk

• Call Center application support experience
• Strong communication and problem solving skills are a must.


We are considering candidates who meet the requirements and are able to work on site in Nashville, TN. This contract position includes full benefits (health, dental, PTO, 401K, etc…).
