We are actively seeking a Senior Java Developer for a contract-to-hire position in the Nashville, TN area.  Candidates will join a growing AGILE team responsible for software development life cycle phases for enterprise level projects.
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
• Create multi-tier application architectures 
• Design, development and support of new and existing applications in an AGILE environment 
• Design and document custom software solutions, which include database models, software architecture, process flow, and web navigation 
• Creating unit tests as required
• Working collaboratively with other senior developers
 

Required Skills for Senior Java Developer

• 5+ years of professional enterprise level development experience using Java, Struts, EJBs, JSP, OOAD, and RDMS (Oracle, DB2 and/or SQL)
• Extensive experience working in a lean/agile environment
• Strong Oracle and/or PL/SQL skills
• Strong experience setting up continuous integration environment
• Unit testing and TDD
• HTML and Javascript
