EHR / Clinical Data Technical Lead (4926C)

We are actively seeking an experienced EHR/Clinical Data Technical Lead for a direct hire position in Nashville, TN.  The Tech Lead will be expected to have in depth, hands on technical expertise with SQL, BI, ETL and multiple relational database management systems.  The EHR Data Tech Lead will be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of the hardware and software components for clinical data management and integration. 
 
Responsibilities Include:
• Hands-on technical leadership for clinical data solution development , deployment and support
• Analyze business requirements to design, architect, develop and implement highly efficient, highly scalable clinical data solutions in an enterprise level environment
• Act as lead and shoulder technical responsibility for clinical data solutions through the full SDLC
• Guide and mentor other developers

Required Skills for EHR / Clinical Data Technical Lead

• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise data solution design and development
• Extensive experience in large scale ETL/BI development projects
• Significant SQL development experience
• Significant experience with relational database management systems including SQL and Teradata
• Strong expertise with ETL and BI reporting tools; experience with DataStage and/or DMExpress, MicroStragey and/or Business Objects is ideal
• Significant experience interfacing data from multiple systems using both message-based and batch ETL methods
• Production support experience in large scale and complex ETL/BI environment is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
