Business Solutions Analyst (4900C)

We are actively seeking a Business Solutions Analyst for a full time position with a large healthcare company in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical solution providers to understand business needs and participate in solution definition (business processes, technology, data, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives.
• Leverage a consistent framework to discover and assess the current business environment, processes, data, and conditions
• Facilitate the definition and analysis of business needs and requirements for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes
• Drive solution identification and assessment, validating that solutions achieve desired business results
• A primary participant in all areas of the project lifecycle and will be required to consult with a variety of internal and external business partners, stakeholders, and product development team members to ensure that requirements are understood and met.

Required Skills for Business Solutions Analyst

• Strong BA experience
• College graduate preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of analysis & methodology techniques
• Strong experience with vendor assessments and scoring
• Strong gap analysis experience
• Proficiency with business analysis core techniques: modeling, use cases, requirements elicitation, facilitation
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery strongly desired
• Organization skills
