QA Analyst (4894C)

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst for a 1 year contract position in Nashville, TN.  The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing test cases, test data, traceability matrix, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are met and documented.

Responsibilities Include:
• Analyze functional requirements for approved initiatives
• Testing of vendor interfaces with Meditech
• Test plan design and test execution
• Participate in development planning meetings and communicate with stakeholders on the status of testing activities and other assigned activities in meeting project delivery deadlines
• Provides functionality and/or technical expertise in resolving inquiries and issues
 

Required Skills for QA Analyst

• 5+ years of professional QA experience with HP/Mercury tools
• Expertise with Test Director and Quick Test Pro.
• Excellent knowledge of test engineering concepts including testing principles and concepts, building a test environment and tracking defects
• Experience with HL7 Interfaces
• 3+ years of professional experience in a QA environment performing testing for web applications
• Proven technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, application development and web application environments
• Ability to clarify requirements with business owners in order to complete testing assignments
• Meditech experience is a huge plus
