.NET Team Lead (4689C)

We are seeking a well rounded .NET Team Lead for a contract-to-hire position in Nashville, TN.  The .NET Team lead will independently serve as the custom application development expert on the product development team and will build web-based software products.

Responsibilities Include:
• Support all custom built applications from a technical perspective to help ensure operational and successfully meeting the needs of the business
• Understand and utilize Lean Six Sigma in product development activities
• Assist with mentorship and training for engineering team
• Assist in the deployment of enhancements and other changes
• Input and recommendations for improvements leveraging lean principles and practices
• Research and resolve issues identified in systems and interfaces

• 6+ years of professional experience delivering & supporting web based software products
• Exceptional web development skills with C#/.NET, ASP.NET and other OO languages
• Lean Six Sigma experience
• Documented success delivering quality applications within business deadlines
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
