The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in healthcare operations and/or accounting, specifically healthcare billing, general accounts receivable, healthcare regulatory requirements/processes, healthcare contract modeling and healthcare reimbursement. Revenue cycle and healthcare experience is required. This position requires a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. You will have good written and verbal communication as you will be working closely with business owners, developers and testers. Strong documentation, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills are important. Experience with case tools, product development or system testing would be a plus. Required Skills:	A large healthcare client is seeking a Clinical Systems Architect with 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the same role. A successful candidate will have practical experience in developing and deploying integration solutions in a complex distributed environment, leveraging various healthcare standards. This position will work closely with the healthcare integration team to plan, design and implement strategies for integration across clinical and business systems consistent with current enterprise architecture standards. You will be responsible for understanding current integration needs, providing strategic planning and direction as well as gap analysis. We are seeking a professional with 5-7 years of demonstrated experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server (2000 and/or 2005) and the SDLC. You would be part of a team responsible for the design, development and maintenance of desktop applications on a small to midsize project scale. A successful candidate will have experience in supporting callers regarding HR/Benefits in a busy call center environment. As part of the open enrollment period, our client is expected to handle 600+ calls daily. This position requires someone who is willing to be on the phone 100% of the time with excellent customer service skills. Extensive training will be provided. Full time contractors must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift during the hours of 7AM-7PM to ensure nationwide coverage is provided. Part time contractors will be expected to be available from 9AM-3PM. All contractors are expected to be flexible with over time if required.
