Marsha Harrington
President and Owner
Marsha Harrington founded CPI in 1995 and brings more than 30 years business experience in the areas of sales, management and recruiting. Prior to starting CPI, Marsha worked with a national office equipment company where she served as a sales representative and the first female district manager in the company. Marsha is one of the founders and the President of The Jolly Angels, a charitable organization that helps families in rural areas, especially the military personnel serving our country, based at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. Marsha lives in Smithville with her husband, Brian and two dogs, Lola the Labradoodle and Bronson the Rottweiler. She enjoys boating, traveling, reading and spending time outdoors. In her free time, she is usually found on her houseboat at Center Hill Lake, enjoying the great outdoors.
Nancy Caldwell
Account Manager
Nancy Caldwell has more than 16 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments with an emphasis on management, recruiting and training. Her leadership experience in the IT consulting industry began in 1994 where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to recruit, hire and manage employees. Nancy joined CPI in 1998 where she serves as Account Manager responsible for client and employee relations. She is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and holds a bachelors degree with honors from Tennessee Technological University. Nancy enjoys boating, traveling and renovation projects. She resides in Nashville with her husband, Berry and their dog, Rowdy. She is an avid Predators fan and attends as many games as her schedule allows.
Gail Staub
Senior Recruiter
Gail Staub is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruiting and human resources. She is passionate about finding the “right fit” for her candidates and clients. Gail has served as a contract corporate recruiter for several companies in Nashville covering many different market segments. She joined CPI in 2010 where she serves as a Senior Recruiter responsible for full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing. Gail received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from SUNY Brockport. Gail currently resides in Hendersonville with her husband, Joe, and their three cats. She is actively involved with several charities in Sumner County, as well as Hands On Nashville. She’s an avid gardener and enjoys boating, bicycling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Amy Boegh Walters
Senior Recruiter
Amy Boegh Walters has more than 8 years of IT recruiting experience with particular expertise in recruiting high level Software Architects & Developers, Database Technology Professionals, Quality Testers, IT Management, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Network Engineers. She joined CPI in 2011 as a Senior Recruiter with a background that includes both staffing and corporate recruiting locally and nationwide. Prior to joining CPI, Amy has enjoyed success doing full lifecycle recruiting in a variety of environments including small start up companies, mid-sized established organizations and a large consulting firm. Amy is an active IT community member and has served as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Nashville .NET User Group for several years. She has also served on varied committees with the Nashville Technology Council and as a staff member for the DevLink Technical Conference. Amy lives in Bellevue with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys camping, traveling and anything that involves her enjoying a fruity beverage on a Caribbean beach! In her free time, Amy can usually be found attending concerts or hosting backyard barbecues for family and friends.
Ryan O’Daniel
Recruiter
Ryan joined CPI in April 2011 as a recruiter. Ryan is from Lexington, Kentucky where he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Economics in 2010. Ryan came to CPI with two years experience staffing in an industrial environment. He specialized in decreasing turnover, sourcing and interviewing and is enjoying his transition into IT recruiting. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, sports, watching UK basketball and spending time with friends and family.
Scot Simpson
Recruiter
Scot joined CPI in 2011 where his primary role is to help develop new relationships with clients and candidates within Nashville and the surrounding areas. Scot has 9 years of IT staffing experience in the areas of recruitment and account management. He is an active member of the community and works with various networking groups in Davidson and Williamson County. Scot holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. In his downtime he enjoys golf, softball, NASCAR races, traveling to Knoxville to support the Big Orange, boating and doing as much barbecuing as possible. Scot lives in Spring Hill with his wife, 3 children and 2 dogs.
